This course provides an opportunity for to study and participate in fitness activities for health. This course does not focus on tradional sports and activities. It involves the learning of training principles, self improvement, increasing self esteem, goal setting and individual fitness opportunities (weight training). Lifelong fitness activities such as Pilates, yoga, aerobic activities, dance, and cardio kickboxing are a few of the activities offered.
